Refund Policy

At Clarity Car Washing, we stand behind the quality of our work and aim to deliver excellent service every time. However, due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once the service has been completed.

No refunds will be issued after a service is performed.
If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve any concerns through a touch-up or service correction at no additional charge.

By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any service.

  • Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or reschedule will result in a charge of 25% of the service cost to the card on file.

  • Rescheduling any appointment given 24+ hours notice will require a deposit of 25% of the service cost. This is not an additional fee. The deposit will go towards the total service cost at checkout.

  • Cancellations due to poor weather will not incur the cancellation fee so long as the appointment is rescheduled.

  • Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.

    Terms of Service

  • Vehicles found to be in worse condition they described can be subject to additional cleaning fees.

  • Additional charges will be added for biological waste, pet hair, or sand removal.

  • Card information will be collected at time of scheduling but will not be charged until service completion.

  • For interior cleanings, if a compartment is full of items, we will not clean the area. We ask all areas and compartments be cleared out. We are not liable for missing items.

  • By booking an appointment, you give us permission to email you discounts and offers. We don’t spam and email very seldom during seasonal sales. We also allow you to opt-out at any time.

  • By accepting the terms and conditions to give permission that we can post your vehicle on for marketing purposes. Personally identifiable information such as and only license plates and addresses will be blurred for customer’s privacy.

  • Oil change service is subject to additional fee’s depending on the vehicle

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.


    MOLD WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT:


    I, the owner/agent for the vehicle listed below, am aware that microbial growth/activity OR “mold” has been detected and is present in the vehicle and is not a result of any action or inaction from the contractor, Clarity Car Washing LLC, and fully release the contractor from any liability and responsibility to remediate said mold. Knowing that I may have an exclusion of coverage for any mold clean up or remediation, AND given the cost of remediation, I hereby decline a full scale remediation for my vehicle and elect to have a “limited” clean up or remediation performed. This will entail simply cleaning affected materials to remove obvious growths, and running an ozone generator machine. This will be limited to components that are easily accessible and visibly affected. I also understand and agree that there still may be mold present in areas affected and unaffected after the clean-up process including but not limited to settled spores and areas of growth that may or may not be visible during the clean-up process. I also understand that this clean-up is not a guarantee against future mold growth in areas affected or unaffected. Authorized Antimicrobial Agents: I understand that in the best judgment of Contractor, materials may be treated with a Commercial antimicrobial agent to inhibit the growth of microorganisms during the drying process. I have received advanced notice of the use of antimicrobial and/or antimicrobial product as part of the restoration process. I understand it is beyond the expertise of Contractor to determine if someone is sensitive to its application and will hold Contractor harmless for its use.
