Can you wash off-hours (AM/PM) or weekends?
Yes. Many fleets prefer early AM, late PM, or weekends to avoid downtime. We’ll propose windows that match your access rules.
How do you verify quality and what do you report?
Checklists by vehicle class and photo verification based on your standard (per unit, per row, or exceptions-only). Reporting can include notes and before/after photos.
What if not all vehicles are on-site during scheduled service?
We can structure service by “units present” per visit, or a rolling coverage plan. Your quote defines how exceptions are handled.
Do you handle decal / adhesive removal?
Yes. This is typically quoted as a separate line item because time varies by adhesive type and residue.
Do you provide interior cleaning and biohazard remediation?
Yes—by request and scheduled to match operations. Biohazard remediation is handled per protocol and quoted by scope.
