Clarity Express Wash Station – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Clarity Express Wash Station service provided by Clarity Car Washing, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company"). By using the Clarity Express Wash Station, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

Clarity Express Wash Station is a quick, exterior-only vehicle wash service designed for convenience, speed, and professional quality. Each visit includes the following based on selected wash level:

  • Basic Wash: Foam wash & rinse, exterior window scrubbing, and air dry.

  • Premium Wash: Basic Wash plus microfiber mitt scrub of the full exterior.

  • Elite Wash: Premium Wash plus towel dry and ceramic wax.

No interior cleaning or add-on services are included in this express service.

2. Service Duration

Each Clarity Express Wash Station visit is designed to last approximately 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the wash level and vehicle condition. This service is optimized for efficiency and does not include comprehensive detailing. Clients seeking more thorough cleaning or interior services are encouraged to book a separate mobile auto detailing appointment.

3. Service Limitations

  • Exterior-Only: Clarity Express Wash Station services are limited to exterior cleaning only.

  • No Add-On Services: Interior cleaning, trim restoration, or other detailing services are not included.

  • Obstructed Access: Roof racks, grill guards, and other modifications may restrict access to some areas. We are not responsible for reduced cleaning results due to these obstructions.

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: Clarity Car Washing, LLC is not responsible for deterioration of rust, peeling paint, faded trim, or other pre-existing vehicle conditions that may worsen during standard washing.

4. Damage and Liability

  • The Company is not liable for damage unless directly caused by technician negligence.

  • We carry liability insurance to cover damages solely caused by our service actions.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to:

    • Open or improperly sealed windows

    • Vehicle modifications that obstruct access

    • Missed visits due to vehicle inaccessibility

    • Pre-existing conditions (e.g., rust, chips, or peeling paint)

5. Holiday Policy

Clarity Express Wash Station services are not provided on major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

No rescheduling or refunds will be provided for services missed due to holidays. Clients should plan their service expectations accordingly.

6. Scheduling and Arrival Times

Technicians are dispatched promptly after service requests are submitted. While we aim to provide service within two hours of request, exact arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, workload, or weather conditions. Normal service hours are 9 AM to 3 PM, 7 days a week, excluding holidays and blackout dates.

7. Wash Station Setup (Where Applicable)

When using a designated Clarity Express Wash Station location:

  • The vehicle must be parked in one of the clearly marked Clarity Express Wash spaces.

  • These spaces are reserved and identified by official signage.

  • Technicians will only service vehicles located in these designated spaces.

8. Charges and Billing

Charges are assessed based on the wash level selected at the time of request. Payment is required for each individual service. Charges apply regardless of vehicle availability or use unless the order is canceled before dispatch.

9. Vehicle Availability

  • Vehicles must be accessible and parked within 50 feet of the service address or in the designated station space.

  • We do not require vehicle keys; however, if the vehicle is not present or inaccessible during dispatch, the service will be marked as missed.

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be issued for missed visits due to vehicle unavailability.

  • If the client relocates outside the service area, they must notify us to avoid continued charges.

  • Vacations or extended absences must also be communicated in advance.

  • Roof racks, grill guards, and similar modifications may prevent thorough cleaning of certain surfaces. By using our service, you acknowledge that Clarity Car Washing, LLC is not responsible for reduced results in obstructed areas.

10. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Missed or inaccessible vehicles

  • Relocation without notification

  • Unused or declined services

  • Dissatisfaction due to vehicle condition or modifications

By using Clarity Express Wash Station, you agree that no refunds or rescheduling will be offered for any reason once a wash is requested.

11. Agreement & Contact

By requesting a Clarity Express Wash Station service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The individual who requests the service will be held responsible for payment and compliance with the stated terms.
