Instead of relying on outdated sign-up sheets or manual coordination, we built a custom web app reservation system specifically for Crinetics employees.

For those wanting more than a wash, employees can also book full detailing services through our iOS and Android mobile app, creating a seamless upgrade path.

3. Launch Marketing & Excitement

To ensure a strong rollout, we supported Crinetics with both digital and physical marketing materials to build anticipation before launch day including signage for the wash area, wallet sized cards with a QR code to the sign up page, and digital advertisements that were displayed inside Crinetics on their television systems.

We also set up automatic first-wash promotions in the software to remove friction and encourage trial.

4. Eco-Friendly Execution

At the site, we deployed our vacu-berm runoff capture system, ensuring all wash water was collected and prevented from entering storm drains that lead to the ocean.
This aligned perfectly with Crinetics’ sustainability values and reinforced Clarity’s environmental commitment.
